Gazmend Bërlajolli received his Bachelor Degree in Linguistics from University College London, United Kingdom and his Master’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of Prishtina.
He publishes regularly in the Albanian cultural ezines. His main professional interests are in advancing the Albanian standard language as to better represent the expressive potentials from both its main dialects and thus further unify the Albanian speaking areas around the same official language. Apart from working as an interpreter, he is also a translator of numerous works from English, as well as a language editor of hundreds of Albanian language books and publications.
