Ilir Kastrati is professor at gymnasium “Xhavit Ahmeti” in Gjilan. He has completed two master degrees, more precisely as Master of Chemistry and Master of Subject Teaching with specialization in Chemistry. He is currently doing his PhD in Chemistry in the field of education. He has participated in creating the questions of chemistry subject for the achievement test which is organized by the Ministry of Education. Ilir is part of several published research papers. His mainly interest and motivation on the education field has to do with experimental simulation techniques of teaching and learning.
