Qenan Maxhuni is an Assistant Professor of Biology at the College of Medical Sciences
Rezonanca. He received his Ph. D. in Biology at Niğde University in Turkey, in collaboration with
Max-Planck Institute – Germany in 2019. He published more than twenty original research
papers and about fifteen abstracts and poster presentations at national and international
conferences and symposiums. In 2016 he was part of the Erasmus staff mobility in the Biology
Department/ University of Konstanz by participating in the Animal Preparation and Taxidermy
class. His research interests are mainly in biodiversity, nature conservation, biomedicine, etc.
He was part of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning for about 19 years and
participated in numerous projects within this Ministry as well as with numerous national and
international organizations.
